When I renewed my contract I agreed £117.50 for the next 18 months just to find I have been charged £122 and rising to £133 in the coming months this is unacceptable 😑

Sky's contracts are not fixed price.  There's an increase in April.

Phone sky ask to speak  to  the retention  team, I did that yesterday , I have been with sky for 17 years was paying  £115.00 a month for my tv package  on my sky glass and puck plus £43.00 a month  for gigafast  broadband. spoke  to a very helpful  man and now for the next two years  my total bill for both is now £120.00 a month that's  a new customer deal and I have the top line package  for everything,  hope  this helps
