Before For my Broadband And Talk I paid £19 per month after I finished mr contract without any information they increased it to £35 and I cannot pay so what do I do .Several times I have tried talking to the operators but they cut the line before they finish talking .I still carry on paying £35 but it's too much. Please can someone help me lower the price otherwise I will have to change company and go to another .

@MRaman could a minimum term discount have ended? you would have been told at signup when this would end, sky don't currently send reminders

you would need to contact sky and negotiate lower price, if you receive an offer you find acceptable you must accept it there and then as you wont get the same offer next time you call, in return you will need to commit to a new 18 month minimum term contract

@MRaman

Definitely sounds like your minimum term discount has ended and you're now paying full price. You would have been told the date the discounted deal was ending when you originally took it out. If your discount has ended you will need to be proactive and contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.

You can either call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

@MRaman what's happening when you call? Do you get through to an adviser? It's unusual for multiple calls to be cut off before being concluded.
