My bill
Hello
I would like to know why I am being charged double for my bills with the subscriptions I am using.

You'll need to ring Sky and ask them. This forum is primarily customer to customer help so no-one has access to your account.

Worth noting that all calls to Sky will start with the bot, you have to get through the bot to get in a queue to speak to an advisor

Are you making manual payments as usually there is no need to as Sky will taken the payment from you automatically from whatever payment details you have provided so is this what is happening ?
