Tv bill
Hi,
I have noticed my payment date for my tv part of my sky bill is scheduled for the 1st but comes off on the 3rd every month could this be amended please

I have moved your post as it's not a Mobile issue.
The 1st will be the earliest it'll be taken and if the 1st lands on a weekend it'll be taken the following week anyway.

As we are customers here we can not amend this for you, if you pay by a direct debit then the funds are held in advance by your bank who them release them to Sky.
