@DEAA+ROSCATA You're not talking to Sky, nor will a refund be made on the back of a forum post.  How did you male your payment, did you also have a direct debit setup?  If so making a manual payment wold not stop them taking a direct debit.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: My bill

Call them up. You'd likely be out of contract. They don't tell you they plan to ramp up the price. You end up yourself finding out when the bank text you saying you've gone into an overdrawn status.

Deffo call them and find out. For what it'd worth BT TV have a great package on offer til tomorrow.

We've just jumped ship after 15+ years with sky.

Sky want £120, BT want £70. Its a no brainer like for like package, but you get more with BT package.

Believe in better!

Did you make a manual payment?  (This doesn't stop any automated payments)

They absolutely do.  When you agree a contract they say how long the discounts apply for (usually 18 months).  If the account holder 'forgets' then it's their look out as they've been given 18 months notice.

The billing system has future bills if one can be bothered to look.

They didn't with me what a shock.

If I knew I would have wrote it down.

Either way I'm done, sky for me and my friend are no longer. And I feel good knowing I jumped
