My bill

My bill is higher than expected. Iv just gone to pay the £20 to reinstate my account and its asking for £66

I believe that's because the amount due will also include the next bill.

If you are more than two weeks late in paying this bill then you will also have to pay the next bill as well as possibly paying a late payment fee. You bill itself should show what you are paying for and for why.
