My bill

Hi. So, I've pre paid my bill and the balance says £10 in credit but its stating that my scheduled bill hasn't been received even though it's been prepaid. Surely sky would take that prepayment to cover the bill. It's says on my banking app that £10 was paid to sky specifically for the bill.

So why is it still stating that I need to pay when ive already paid I?!?!

This has happened as you have made a manual payment when there is no need to as Sky will take the bill automatically from you each month via whatever payment method you have setup on your account so this will still happen probably over the coming days if you pay by a direct debit. The £10 credit will be used against your next bill so again there is no need to manual pay it yourself as it will be taken on your billing date or on the Monday should that fall on a weekend.

Hi @Staceypanda1993   Because the bill is generated 14 days before the collection date. The advice is to never make a manual payment if you have a DD or continuous payment card set up.
