Trying to cancel accout.

Numerous calls now to Sky, almost impossible to speak to a person. Online help is useless. Finally spoke to a person who cold transferred me to loyalty team. Went through my issue for a third time on hold for a long time before being cut off by agent.  Sky obviously don't care about stress and anxiety they are causing.  Just cancel the bloody contract and remove fees. 26 years with Sky and nothing but problems. High charges and stress.  Never having any services through Sky again.

Is your TV service that you are trying to cancel, if so try this as you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
