My bill

Hi, I paid a bill of £201 as I had stoped my DD due to a dispute yesterday it was aid late but couldn't talk to anyone without paying the bill first so I did that, my sky was restored. Now I have a bill showing for £197 and don't understand why as my services were cut off. I'm getting really fed up of being charged for whatever you like with no explanation. Also when I try and call I get a message saying something is updated as it was out of date but I do not know what, please can someone help me

How late were you on paying this bill ?

You're still billed as normal even when your services are restricted.

Yes it is, I was about 3 weeks late paying the bill, the reason I disputed it was because it was £197 and I wanted to know why but couldn't talk to anyone so cancelled DD, I have since paid it but as I say another £197 bill again. My sky services were disconnected for about 2 weeks ?

If you were 3 weeks late in paying the bill then this £197 could be your next one which would due to be taken in the next week or so. The link I posted should clear this up for you and is also where you can see what you are being billed for.
