Rip off bill

Why is it, if I have signed up for a new deal and 139 a month you want 2 months payment at 325, if that's the case I will stick with the old plan, and not change , 152 was bad enough but 325 in one month is a complete and utter joke

We're a customer Community and have no access to your bills, of course. Check the dates you're being billed for. I suspect you're paying for more than the usual month, which is quite possible if you've recently signed up.

Are you new to Sky @Dave5466 , if so have a look at the dates this £325 bill covers, is it more than the usual 4 weeks, do you future bills appear correct ?
