@mello
A discounted deal may have recently expired or be ending very soon which will be why you are seeing an increase. You would have been informed the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.

You can either call Sky or use the following link

@mello  You're not talking to Sky avia the fforum nd if you want to pay less you need to contact Sky to negotiate a new deal.

You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you spoken to Sky? Give them a call and see what they can do for you. Any offer will be subject to an 18 months minimum term.

@mello When you call Sky, be clear about what TV you actually watch.  If you're paying for things that you don't use (Netflix, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports etc), ask for them to be removed.  Don't pay for things you don't use.

Probably not, but it's standard practice across the subscription television and broadband markets, and permitted by the relevant regulators.

Re: My bill is now too expensive

I agree, its too expensive. I work and i still find the price is too high and not worth it. I did not realise it would be this much. I wish i never took it out.
