My bill has gone up, I cannot afford this, it’s hard to speak to anyone to cancel.

Can I cancel via email or txt conversation as I am not very confident on the phone

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel Sky TV so if you don't want to call there is a messaging service you can use to do this.

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

 

For Broadband/Talk you haveto give 14 days notice to cancel it:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

 

So again select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.
