Changing subscription

Hello! I am currently on a 18 month contract with Sky Stream but I am not enjoying this package. My TV is constantly freezing and I therefore want to update my package to another one potentially Sky Q. How do I go about this and how much would it be roughly?

You would need to call Sky and ask about the possibility of switching over tk Q and the price of the package.

 

bear in mind it's possible the switch over to Q won't be immediate

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

@MeganW7 @This is a community forum of other Sky customers not customer services, so you need to phone Sky to get a price.

 

prices will vary customer to customer depending on what deals they offer you so there isn't really a set price "unless you are new customers and take advantage of a. New customer deal via their website".

I know this a forum 😂 I was just seeing if you knew as I couldn't get precise prices from the website.
