My bill change from today

I have just Ben on with your client and my bill will be £25 from today not £42 so please can you change that

As we are customers here we can not change anything for you.

 

If you spoke to Sky and agreed a new discount that it will not be shown on your next bill if it is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less so if that is the case the new price should be shown on the following bill but back dated today so you might see a credit on what you pay due to overpaying on this next bill. 

 

If your next bill is due to be paid in over 14 days time then you do need to give it time to update.
