My address has been wrong for 5 months

I moved house from Da1 to Ss9 in June of this year and looked at my bill and it's STILL showing my old address, how is this possible? Can this be altered as soon as possible please?

We can't as we're other customers here... You'll need to contact Sky directly.

Did you inform Sky of the homemove?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
