My account

My account shows multi screen does this mean I have more than one box? I have one television and one box. I think I am being over charged

No.

 

I have one television and one box.


We can't see your account...  We don't know when and how multiscreen was added but it was 'required' for certain promotional upgrades.

 

I think I am being over charged


Not necessarily.  But if you no longer utilise it then by all means call Sky and give notice to cancel it.

 

As with most subscriptions you are charged regardless of usage.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Multiscreen also unlocks extra features on Sky Go, such as the ability to watch via games consoles:

So its entirely possible to upgrade to multiscreen just for Sky Go Extra.
