Presuming then that your current Sky mobile is working okay, give Sky a call so they can look into this for you. Just dial 150 free.

We're other customers here with no access to your account.

 

Accounts are usually restricted due to missed payments.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
