My account was restricted

I have been customer for 6 years I never cut off and today was cut off because I didn't pay full but I paid £100 and £147 I called them for discussion for me to pay a small amount of £40 and £107 I paid on 27 august but they can't even accepted don't know why I'm very disappointed and I need to end my contract and go to another TV provider or return it back by today or tomorrow if not

@Gibsonmackenzie If you dont pay your bill in full then its inevitable that your services will be restricted, i fail to see how you can be disappointed with Sky's actions as every other provider out there will take the same action if a bill remains unpaid.
