Complaint.

I’ve had no internet & Tv intermittently for over 6 weeks after numerous calls & 2 engineers until today. 
mum looking for compansation as I pay extra for perfect performance from Sky.

Either call Sky to use this form: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

They can credit for periods of outage.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You need to realise that the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates is for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).
