When I log into my account there's no information about my broadband bills. I pay for the Internet every month but it says I don't have a contract or any previous payments or any payments due.

Yes but it wasn't more than 12 months.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you started again as a new customer then your previous online account will have been closed so you would need to set up a new Sky ID.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
