My account is showing a -£437.09 what does this mean

My account is showing a minus balance does that mean I owe that much or you owe me that much-£437.09

@Caren82  It can mean one of two things 

 

the last payment Sky took or you're in credit by that much, in order for us to confirm can you post a screenshot of your latest bill ensuring you block out personal information such as account number

Have you been paying your bill manually as well as Sky have been taking it as that could well be a credit which is a big amount to have on your account.

It is difficult to see what is happening from that image as it doesn't show your full bill so I will ask again have you been making manual payments ?

@Caren82  Looking at the image you have posted Sky have taken a payment £437.09 as that was the amount due

@Caren82 looks like you're in credit, but there's no indication from the part bill you've posted of how it has arisen.
