My account is in £65.29 Credit

$ky have over charged me and now my account is £65.29 in Credit. I left sky for another broadband provider but sky are still taking payments from my bank account.

They don't seem to have a customer service email address.

Thanks for the help.

It turns out that the "Chat with a Sky expert:" box did not load in my Firefox browser. I can only see it with the opera browser.

How did you cancel your Sky subscription? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Sky don't use email for general communication. 

Just a reminder that billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite possible another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.

Yes I receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation.

I moved broadband providers in the normal way. Sky has charged me for the full month I transferred out plus another full month after. They have had my £65 for over six weeks with no attempt to repay it.

Started leaving on Thu 9 Oct 2025 My last day was on or about Mon 27 Oct.

Last payments were taken from my bank account on 9th oct and 10th nov.

My account says that I am now in £65.29 credit.

So they have taken one payment from you from a bill that could well have been created just before you left as billing does continue right up until you do cancel your account and now it is you need to either call them or use one of the social media links about getting this credit refunded to you. There is no email address you can use to do this.

I'm unable to talk on the phone that why I was asking for an email address. I don't use social media.

If you have an issue that prevents you from talking then if you get yourself registered with Sky's accessibility team then there are additional contact options that do not involve you calling:

Not really, if you go down the page on the link I posted earlier for you then you will see there is a chat service you can use that is available now.
