My Sky account mobile

I can't see my new phone or contract details it tells me to finish set up when I put the details in it says I have already signed up taking me back to sky mobile showing me new phones and contracts what else do I need to do

If you are logged in with the same email address you used when placing the order try any other email addresses you have used with Sky.
