My Bill

On my bank statement I have noticed 2 amounts go from my account  £20 skyDigital

The other £41 sky tv

 

I was lead to believe it was one bill and tv was free 

Could you please give me a break down of my account

 

I'm paying £61 in total I know 💯 I couldn't  and wouldn't  have agreed that sum. I'm trying to reduce my out goings this has raised them considerably.

What does your account show?  (As Sky digital includes the tv element)

 

Not sure what you mean be 'free' as there's no free Sky tv.  Unless you've been scammed by someone that is not Sky.  Did someone call you?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
