Failure to return when a label has been issued.

Hello everyone. I recently bought AirPods Pro from Sky on a payment plan. When I received them and opened the package, I noticed some scratches on the charging case. I then went on the MySky app and clicked on the option that says "return." They sent a return email with a return mailing label. However, I have changed my mind and no longer want to return them—I want to keep them instead. I want to ask, is it a problem if I decide not to return the product even though a return label has been issued?

I've been trying to contact them but haven't been able to find the right number.

It shouldn't be a problem so the number to call Sky on from a phone that has a Sky sim in it is just 150.
