I have a bill for £108 and on my account it says payment has been made on 25th July and the balance due is £0. I havent made a payment for this month yet though?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should have something like a debit or credit card or a direct debit setup on your account so if you have then the payment would have been taken via this I would have thought.

I don't have a direct debit set up I always put in my card details every time I go to pay. So just confused how it says on my account that the balance is £0 and a payment has been recieved

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be that they took the payment automatically from the card you use as the terms and conditions do state that you have to have a regular payment set up so Sky can take it from you each month.
