Good morning to all .

I take internet from you and yesterday I received bill on 37.50 £ which is mistake my bill are supposed be 25 £ per month not almost 40£ on mounth this is not .you active internet 31/09 /2025 wich was supposed be active on 29/09/2025 .

Please check why I must pay something wich Iis not my .

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Sky won't contact you after your posting on here and don't use email for general communication.

 

Are you a new customer? If so, your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links
