Mr
Hello,
I would like to ask about my bill. I don’t understand why it’s over £80 when my monthly bill is supposed to be £36. The balance was cleared recently, but now it’s showing around £86 and I don’t know what this charge is for.
- Could you please explain this to me? I really don’t understand. If I’m supposed to pay £36, I want to pay £36, not £86. Please clarify this for me.
