Dolby Atmos and Ad Skipping
Hi hoping for some advice to stop another lengthy phone call with sky.
I've got a sky glass but after years off being a sky customer I've become underwhelmed and have cancelled Sky TV and I'm not using Apple TV through the Glass.
I've noticed Sky is still charging me £6 for skipping the ads and £6 for Dolby Atmos. There is no way of my cancelling these in the app now as been as I'm not a Sky tv customer and I obviously don't need them now that I'm using Apple TV instead.
is there a way for me to remove these from the bill other than having to phone?
thanks for any helpful advice

Re: Dolby Atmos and Ad Skipping
Im afraid you will have to contact Sky.
You can also contact Sky via social media:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone

Re: Dolby Atmos and Ad Skipping
I ended up having 2 long phone calls with unhelpful phone operators saying it was a glitch in the system and they couldn't remove it. Ended up complaining through the website and managed to get them removed. Shoddy customer service for an overpriced out of date way of watching tv. Much better with Apple TV wish I'd left years ago seems looking on this forum decade plus loyal customers are leaving in their droves
