Hi my mobile can't even call Shy customer service team i don't want someone that asks me to text i have mental health issues i want to chat to someone

All im wanting is to be able to talk to someone regarding me not be able to chat with nobody no calls my my mum or to sky costumer service team I can't text you're online team as I have got mental health issues

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Why can't you contact Sky? Are your services restricted because of a missed payment?
