Hiya, i've set up house move. We do not move until 1st of August, and have no access to our new flat yet until we complete. Sky tracking says the conversion kit will be delivered to our current address however when you go through on royal mail tracking it's trying to deliver to the new address that we have no access to yet.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen it this Royal Package due to be delivered, if it is the next days or so then it might be to late to get it cancelled via Sky so hopefully it should be returned to them as you will not be there to accept it.

Just so you know, the 'conversion kit' is a standard Cat5e ethernet cable, easily obtainable from numerous sources in the length and colour of your choice for a few pounds.
This allows an existing Sky Broadband Hub to connect with an ONT for FTTP broadband.
