I've notified sky that I'm moving on the 6th Dec so could they transfer to new address, well got up today and I've been cut off with phone and internet very frustrating as can't get it back on without paying and having to wait at least a week Well Sky going to look else where as now after years of being a customer you treat me like this

This is also a community where customers help each other so when you phoned Sky about this what did they say ?
