Moved apartments
Hello I moved from my apartment
I took the WiFi with me but it's disconnected.
I received a message saying I should send it back and they sent me a return package but I don't live there anymore. What should I do moving forward, any advice?

Re: Moved apartments
The returns packaging is sent to the account address so if you haven't got it it’s your responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

If you cancelled at your old property then the equipment will have to be returned, the alternative would have been to use Sky's home moving service so broadband could have been activated at your new address.
To set up broadband at your new property you would need to sign up again as a new customer, using a different email address or using the one you have so long as you remove it from your old Sky ID first.
