Does anyone know why I have a bill for £13.55 when I won't be connected until march?

What does this bill say it is for ?

Cable laid today, will activate in march.

It's Sky essential TV.   Didn't know I could use sky TV before being connected.  The hub is still in the box.

@Wendee1  What tv platform are you subscribe to 

 

 

sky Q, sky glass or sky stream 

 

if sky glass or stream tv activation automatically happens 21 days after delivery whether or not you have a broadband connection 

 

All you can do is ask for a goodwill credit for days without tv service (there's no obligation on sky to do so) once connections are working 

 

sky Q services shouldn't be charged for until service is installed

Stream.    I have just read the same thing as you have said.  I think it's a cheak to charge for something that can't be used. But

I tend to agree but it is what has happened so when broadband is activated then you can approach Sky about them adding a credit to your account for the month or so you have had no TV service.
