We're due to move home on 28th June. Haven't requested home move of Sky Broadband yet, so we're now looking at 1 week of no broadband at new house as the earliest an engineer can come out is July 8th. This is something we'll simply need to accept.
However, the target move date of 28/06 (now 3 days away) is still at risk as missives not yet completed.
What should I do? Is it possible to request home move now, and cancel the home move before 28/06 if it turns out that that date can't be met by the chain?
