Charges for non-return of equipment!

As i was moving house i cancelled my broadband and Sky sent the returns packing to my old address 🙈

i sent back fully labelled as instructed & it was delivered (see attached) but still got reminders to return. So, i rang & spoke to someone on 29/05 who confirmed that equipment was all received & no charges BUT now I've had a bill for £53!!!!!

When you say you have had a bill, has it been applied to your Sky account ?
