Hello
i have just checked my upcoming bill for July and sky are charging me £106 when it is normally £62.90 and then eventually will be going up to £82.
could someone please explain to me why they are charging me for broadband Jun-July and July-august. I just don't understand why it's £106 and all the credit cancellations as well. I have recently moved home so would this be a reason?
I have a very basic sky package and £82 seems a ridicous amount to pay considering about a year ago it was £46.
any help would be appreciated, thank you!
