I paid my bill on the 6th September, but my account has been restricted today and my account is in the negatives?? The money 100% left my account so where has it gone?

Are your Sky services restricted - ie; they don't work?
If that's the case, before Sky reinstate your services you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky will direct you to make a payment.
If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant and it takes longer at a weekend when banks are closed. You will then be able to talk to Sky about your previous payment issue.

The one we need to see if from your Sky bill here so if you can post this it would be more helpful. When doing so please blank out your account number and any other personal information like your name etc..

Payment was due on the 6th, this is my DD payment
Theres been no money received on Skys end by the look of it and my account is in negatives

I've no idea what you're saying.. The money has been taken from my account but it hasn't been deducted from my bill, that's exactly what my issue is. I can't show it coming off my bill because it hasn't - that's my whole point. The money is gone from my account through my Sky DD but my account hasn't been credited this amount

Negatives on your Sky account. are credits.
If you post an image of your Sky account (without your Sky account number included) we'll be able to see what's going on.

YES i have said my service has been restricted
I HAVE PAID the bill by DIRECT DEBIT but my account on the due date!! But my account has been restricted still and saying I still owe money when i have already paid them; the money has left my bank 5 days ago and i'm still restricted!!
Will people stop replying unless you can read what I've already said and give me a clear answer. Sky employee only.
