Money been taken out my account after paying £100 for my contract
Money been taken out my account after paying £100 for my contract!
my bill wasn't due until the 21 of October so next month and now they have decided to take the money out of my bank and haven't even updated my 4G or my bill date! It seems to me a lot of people have talked about how sky has scammed a lot of people and now thinking about sending my phone back as I don't want to deal with this kind of company

What shows online here regarding the bill:

I doubt Sky will have taken a bill that is due in the 21st October now so could this be the 21st September bill that has been paid or are you saying you manually paid the bill and Sky have taken it as well ?
