I have the sky app I have tried everything to pay my sky bill I have mental health so I need extra help

Do you have a monthly payment method setup on your account like a credit or debit card or a direct debit because if you do then you dont have to make a msnual payment.

If you don't have this setup then are you able to do this now as there have been some issues today.
