Pay off accessory credit agreement

I want to pay off one of my accessory credit agreements. I have been trying to do it online but the site says 'we are unable to do it'. I can't seem to talk to anybody and the virtual assistant is no use at all. Can someone tell me how I can do this simple transaction please?

Give Sky a call as they should be able to take the payment from you. 150 is the free number to call Sky on and when you do say nothing to any questions asked by the bot and remain on the line.
