New mobile contract set up with direct debit information provided at set up. The direct debit has failed to collect now I have a missed payment on my credit report. Why has this failed to collect and how to get sky to sort credit. Tried phoning not getting anywhere!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@slickerious If it's failed then it's for one of 2 reasons, no funds or details provided are wrong, have you checked details held on your Sky account? Have you tried to update them?
PS it would also help when creating threads to give it a meaningful title and not just a one character title as doing so makes it extremely difficult on some devices to click on your post (i've raised this to the CM's to give your post a meaningful title).
