Mobile account not showing when logging in

When I log into my sky account I can see my tv account but not the mobile account details. When I try to link them as described in the help, it tells me that they are already linked, but nothing changes.

 

This seems to have been a common issue discussed on here but no-one appears to have posted the solution. Is anyone able to help? Thanks

If it is saying it is linked then are you using the correct login, so your main Sky ID to login to your account ?

Auto correct issues there. Should have read as below

 

Yes, thats correct. No sign of the mobile details when I log in. Then I try to add the mobile account using postcode and bank details and it says it's already linked. But when I go back to my products, bills etc only the tv account is visible.

I would suggest calling Sky and speaking to their ID team so they can look into this for you.
