Missing voucher email

Had confirmation got £75 refer friend voucher accepted it online with sky said would get email of voucher not received the email

Have you checked your junk/trash/bin/spam folders incase the email has ended up in any of these ?

I have the same issue. When I went in again it said the voucher had already been claimed and to contact them if the email had not been received, but they don't give contact details and the original email offer cannot be replied to

Why can't you just give the email address.

when I had some troubles relating to returning equipment to Virgin when I left to join you. A Virgin employee picked up my problem and contacted me to lead me through my problem. They were amazing and I'm bringing to regret the move as you seem to be determined not to help me get the promised £75 voucher for transferring on advice from a friend

Because I don't work for Sky and the email address can easily be found on the link I posted for you plus if I had attempted to post the address it might have been blocked by a filter that is used on here to prevent people posting their own email addresses.
