Hi all we bit the bullet to jump ship from virgil to Sky early November with various texts emails etc along the way we recieved a Sky puck but have ended up having to wait whilst openreach instal our optic line to the house which is now done. But have to wait till the 30 of December to have a sky engineer finish the internal instal.
However having had a look at my account just to see if its moved any closer i find i have already paid one months worth of SKY netflix tv already surely this cant be right ?
We have had no instruction this was going to be done and to be honest its not a very good start imho.

The Stream T&C's say billing begins on activation by the customer or 21 days from delivery (whichever happens first)
As the delayed broadband is with Sky you may be able to negotiate on the Stream bill.

Thanks for the reply
Surely it would have made sense to issue the puck at the same time as the router in that case or change the appointment dates.
