Missing sky glass puck

Hi just come back to sky from virgin order 2sky glass pucks received 1 rang sky to complain got to wait 48 hours for a reply

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. But have you checked that the correct amount of pucks are showing in your order? Did they take the fee for both pucks? Why are they saying you have to wait for a reply?
