Being chased for a service that was cancelled
Cancelled tv and broadband back in july, was all stopped in Aug. Returned the equipment in packaging supplied. Now being chased for payment of a service I dont have and asking me to return the equipment. Cannot get to speak to a human on any of the numbers available to sky! I'm stuck what to do now as threatening to take legal action.

Re: Being chased for a service that was cancelled
How did you cancel your services? Did Sky send you an email acknowledging the cancellation?
Regarding the returning of loaned equipment have you kept your proof of posting?
It’s Unipart that deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.
If you have the proof it should be a fairly straightforward process. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
