Missed payments

I would like to ask my outstanding bill has been passed to ,,past due credit company " which I paid on Sunday (4 days ago ) but it's still did it reach sky and my service is still restricted. How long does it take to sky receive payment from this company.

Sky won't have passed the debt onto a debt collection company for one missed payment. How long have your services been restricted? Have you set up a new continuous payment method for card of Direct Debit yet? That will need to be done too if Sky haven't cancelled your subscription which can occur after you've missed payments for 56+ days.

@Katerina2  If sky have passed your account to debt collectors then that means sky have cancelled your account for non payment 

 

paying the debt doesn't mean your service will be restored you will have to discuss with sky whether they will accept you as a returning customer

@Katerina2  Can you confirm how long the outstanding payment has been left unpaid, has it been more than 56 days

It has been 3 months and I set up new direct debit plan is well and I paid outstanding balance through  debit collection company but sky shows still unpaid balance.

You will need to wait for the payment to reach Skys account. We don't know how long that may take when payment is via a debt collection company. 

What we can say is if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription due to your poor payment history.
