No it's a direct debit comes out of my bank automatically there was I missed payment months ago that was a missed payment which was me forgetting to put the money in the bank but I sorted that out the problem is they are logging missed payment every single month even though it's direct debit

You could put in a complaint:

Sky then has 8 weeks to either resolve this or to issue you with a deadlock letter which can allow you to take it further.
