Hi. I have a missed payment on my sky broadband, the payment tried to come out on the 5th and was unsuccessful and tried again today 10 days later and I have no money to pay it. Normally if I have been short on a bill it just takes double the following month and I've always managed to pay it but for some reason today they've tried to take the payment 10 days later instead of taking double the month after as usual. Could I please have some help in not being cut off today so I can pay double on the 5th of February?

but beware sky billing processes are fully automated and cannot be overridden by agents so the likelihood of them being able to help are slim
the fact you have been able to pay double before does not mean you will automatically be able to do so again
